My clients come to me for lots of reasons. Sometimes they want to preserve something that is already working well. They want to build internal capability, and strengthen communication and leadership skills across the organisation. They invest in their people for long term organisational sustainability.
Many clients are going through change: new systems, processes, structure, growth, etc. Change causes stress and strains relationships. I help them transition more smoothly and build internal resilience to deal with challenges.
Occasionally, my clients want to turn around a negative influence or trend in their organisation.
They may experience low productivity, low staff engagement, high turnover, fractured teams in conflict, silos, mistakes, missed deadlines – all signs that something is wrong. Together we find the sore spots and deal with both cause and effect to create a healthier environment.
