I grew up in Canada and came to Australia on a working holiday in the late 1970s. I fell in love with the country, cashed in my return ticket and have lived here ever since.
Throughout my career, my roles have included customer support, training, sales, recruitment, management, coaching and consultancy. Over that time, I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals and many teams across a wide range of organisations in different industries.
Since starting my own business in 1996, I have focused on leadership development, interpersonal skills, team effectiveness, culture change and coaching. I am passionate about helping leaders create constructive workplaces where people enjoy meaningful work and flourish.
